Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your access to and use of TRIVANAA websites, mobile applications, customer services, and merchant tools.

Last updated: 25 September 2026
By accessing or using TRIVANAA, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your location. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials and OTPs, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. What TRIVANAA provides

TRIVANAA provides technology for discovering participating restaurants, viewing menus, making bookings or orders, receiving service updates, and—where enabled—merchant operations such as billing, inventory, tables, staff, and reports. Availability varies by location, restaurant, device, and service plan.

3. Restaurant information, orders, and bookings

Participating restaurants are responsible for their menus, ingredients, allergen information, availability, preparation, pricing, service, and fulfilment unless stated otherwise. Images and descriptions may be illustrative. You must review order and booking details before confirmation and disclose allergies or dietary needs directly to the restaurant. An order or booking may be rejected or cancelled for unavailability, pricing error, suspected misuse, safety, or operational reasons.

4. Prices, taxes, payments, and refunds

Displayed charges may include item prices, taxes, fees, discounts, or other amounts explained before confirmation. Payments may be processed by third-party providers under their terms. Refund, cancellation, and no-show outcomes depend on the service, restaurant policy, payment status, and applicable law. Approved refunds may take time to appear depending on the payment provider.

5. Merchant and staff use

Business users must have authority to act for the relevant organisation and must keep menus, prices, taxes, inventory, staff permissions, and business information accurate. The business remains responsible for its regulatory, employment, food safety, invoicing, tax, and customer obligations. Account access must not be shared beyond authorised personnel.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the services; impersonate others; submit false, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content; interfere with security or availability; reverse engineer where prohibited; scrape at unreasonable scale; introduce malware; evade fees; abuse promotions; or use TRIVANAA to violate law or another person’s rights.

7. Intellectual property

TRIVANAA technology, branding, design, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. Restaurant names, logos, menus, and other partner content belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party services

Links, payment services, maps, communications tools, restaurants, delivery services, and other third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices. TRIVANAA is not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

9. Service changes and availability

We may maintain, improve, suspend, or change features and may restrict access to protect users, partners, or the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or prolonged inactivity.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as available” without warranties not expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, TRIVANAA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for events outside reasonable control.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Rajasthan, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or dispute rights that apply in your location. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as services or laws change. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law.
